Making a Purchase

Purchases may be made directly on our online boutique,

Exchanging a Purchase

Louis Leeman does not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to purchase another size or color, please return your parcel for a full refund. Then begin a new purchase as a separate transaction.  

Canceling or Modifying a Purchase 

We are able to cancel an order up to one (1) hour after you place the order. To cancel your order, please contact:

If the order has already shipped, please use the prepaid return label included in the box to return the order for a full refund. 

Retail Boutiques

Louis Leeman currently does not have any brick-and-mortar retail stores. 

Opening an Account to Make a Purchase

You do not need to open an account, but if you create one you will be able to track your parcel better as well as participate in the Louis Leemancommunity, including new shoe alerts.

Preordering Shoes

Sometimes a particular shoe style becomes so popular that it sells out quickly. When this happens, you have the option to preorder a pair and reserve them for delivery at the next available date. Preordered shoes are shipped according to the date specified online. We’ll send you an email update when your parcel ships.


Delivery Options and Fees

Free standard ground delivery is provided for all purchases. If you’re like us and you can’t wait, please have the purchase delivered using two-day or – even better – standard overnight delivery. Fees apply for these options. 

International Delivery

Louis Leemanoffers international delivery to select countries. To view a list of accessible countries, please select the ‘Country’ field under the ‘Delivery Address’ field at checkout. 

Parcels leaving the U.S. and entering a non-U.S. country are subject to taxes and duties as determined by the customs office of the destination country. Delivery costs and duties, if any, are calculated at checkout before you submit your purchase. Please note that fees and duties on international purchases are nonrefundable. 

Delivery to Multiple Addresses 

We are able deliver to only one address per purchase. If you wish to split your purchase and deliver to more than one address, please initiate a separate purchase for each destination.

U.S. Delivery Restrictions

We are unable to deliver U.S. purchases to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, or freight forwarders.

Parcel Tracking

To track a purchase, please log into your account and view ‘My Purchases.’ Tracking information is available at the link provided. If you do not have a Louis Leeman account, please use the tracking number provided in the purchase confirmation sent to you via email.

Delivery Times 

If you select ‘Express Delivery,’ you should expect to receive your parcel within two (2) business days. If you need your shoes for a special event or in a particular time frame, please let us know by contacting:

Same-Day Delivery

We currently do not offer same-day delivery. 

Signature Required

For security reasons, each Louis Leeman purchase requires a signature upon delivery – unless you contact UPS directly to waive the signature requirement.


Your parcel is sent carefully in an unmarked brown box with a beautiful Louis Leemanshoebox placed inside.


Return Policy

We want you to love your shoes as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Louis Leeman accepts any unworn, undamaged shoes returned in their original packaging. Take your shoes for a twirl, but remember to do it on a soft, carpeted surface. Shoes that show signs of wear cannot be returned.

Initiating a Return

You have 28 days to try on your shoes and return them if necessary. Your shoes must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, follow the prompts. You’ll be instructed on how to generate and print a return label, then drop off your parcel at a nearby UPS store.

Refund Processing

Please allow up to two weeks to process your refund. 

Delivery Charges and Refunds

If a parcel is delivered using two-day air or standard overnight, we are unable to refund the delivery charge. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is formally posted. Next, contact your bank. There often is some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at:


Acceptable Payment Methods 

Louis Leeman accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. If you prefer, you may even make your purchase in installments. 

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card is charged on the same day you make your purchase.

Using Multiple Payment Methods

You can apply up to three (3) different forms of payment to the same purchase.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied based on the delivery destination of your parcel.

Size and Fit 

Louis Leeman shoes come in standard European sizes. If a shoe has a size variance, this is noted on the style page. 

Shoe Manufacturing

Every Louis Leeman shoe is handmade in Italy by renowned artisans of their craft.
