Shipments to Europe: Do not have any additional tax or customs fees in addition to the final cost shown in the product page (VAT is already included).

Shipments outside the European Union are subject to local duties and taxes as applied by government import laws. Louis Leeman (USA) inc. cannot be held responsible for these duties and taxes under any circumstances; they will be managed by the final customer at delivery.

Delivery Time usually takes between 2 to 6 business days from the date of the order confirmation, although international shipments may take longer due to delays in customs.

We do not ship out on: January 1st, January 6th, Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 24th, August 15th to 19th August, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th, , December 26th

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase on, you can return your shoes for a full refund, provided:                

  • The return is requested within 28 days of the delivery date.
  • The returned shoes are unworn; in the state you received them from us and in the original packaging. (Please be sure to try the shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scratch marks).
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the return is requested after 28 days
  • The item is not Customized or a special request

Please do not send the return back before contacting and please give us the following information:

- Receipt number or proof of purchase

- Return Item's code and description,

- Reason for return;

We will reply with all the information you need to be able to finalize your return including your DHL postage.

We will confirm via email once your returned items have been received and inspected. If the item meets the above conditions your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

If you still haven’t received a your refund, please contact your credit institution to ask about processing times. Please contact us at if you have any additional questions.

Return shipping charges and duties must be paid by the customer. Shipping costs and duties are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
